近日,来自同济大学的研究者们在J Exp Clin Cancer Res杂志上发表了题为“Targeting IGF1R signaling enhances the sensitivity of cisplatin by inhibiting proline and arginine metabolism in oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma under hypoxia”的文章,该研究揭示了通过IGF1R途径上调ASS1和PYCR1的表达,重新连接精氨酸和脯氨酸代谢,促进口腔鳞状细胞癌对DDP的耐药。靶向IGF1R信号转导的Linsitinib可能为顺铂耐药的口腔鳞癌患者提供有前景的联合治疗选择。
