The efficacy of disinfectants to be used in manufacturing environment of medical industry against selected microorganisms on representative surface was evaluated and demonstrated.Efficacy of the disinfectants on representative surface would be evaluated by measuring the mean surviving populations of test microorganisms after exposed to test disinfectants on the surface of a coupon representing a surface present in the manufacturing environment of medical industry.70% Iso-Pr alc. could work against bacteria, 1:32 Spore-klenz could work against bacteria and mold.The effectiveness of disinfectants to different coupons and microorganisms can be not the same.We should choose the proper disinfectants in the manufacturing environments of medical industry.
