BioSpace’s exclusive Hotbed Map highlights nine different regions to watch across the U.S. This map, made in vibrant color for BioSpace showcases a one-of-a-kind glance at some of 2023’s headline-making companies. “We’re thrilled to roll out 2023’s exclusive Hotbed Map designs,” said Josh Goodwin, CEO of BioSpace. “These artistic renderings are a wonderful way for companies to highlight their brand within the industry to their employees, investors and onlookers. Biotech Bay The Biotech Bay Hotbed includes San Francisco Bay, Menlo Park and Palo Alto regions and is a dominant region in the life sciences sector, hosting global organizations and startups alike. Industry leaders like Amgen, AbbVie, Nektar Therapeutics, Metagenomi and Santen--the San Francisco Bay and Northern California region is comprised of cutting-edge science and medicine. Genetown The Boston/Cambridge region is home to some of the nation’s most well-known and prestigious Ivy League universities and laser-sharp research hubs including Harvard University, MIT and Massachusetts General Hospital.
