Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma (MEITL) is a primary intestinal T-cell lymphoma, previously called type II enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL).In this report, a case of relapsed MEITL with co-expression of B-cell markers CD20 and CD79A, which might suggest a second primary B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is presented. The medium-sized lymphocytes expressed CD3, CD8, CD56, T-cell intracellular antigen-1, and F1 but not CD4, CD10, CD30, bcl-6, MUM1, or T-cell receptor (TCR)-γ.They aberrantly expressed CD20 and CD79A but not PAX5.The patient was refractory to rituximab treatment.
