A high-performance liquid chromatog. (HPLC) method for the determination in relevant substances of cefaclor suspension was established with Hypersil C18 BDS column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase A was 0.78% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH 4.0).The mobile phase B was 0.78% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile (volume ratio was 55:45), with the flow rate of 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 220 nm.The relative standard deviation of detection results was 0.01% (n = 6).The relative error of marker specimen detection results was not more than 1.0%.The method could need the enterprise requirements of the quality control testing.
