TRM-010 is a first-in-human (FIH) clinical study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary antitumor activity of EOS006215, a fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2). The study includes EOS006215 monotherapy and combination therapy with other anticancer agents in participants with advanced solid tumors.

The study will first determine the optimal dose of inupadenant to be given in combination with carboplatin and pemetrexed to patients that progressed after receiving first line anti-PD(L)1 treatment for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The efficacy and safety of the combination is then compared to standard of care carboplatin and pemetrexed in the same populations.

This is a multicenter, open-label, phase I/II clinical study, to assess the safety, tolerability, antitumor activity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of EOS884448 (also known as EOS-448 or GSK4428859A), alone or in combination with iberdomide with and without dexamethasone in participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM).
