HPLC fingerprint of Kaiyuning tablet was established, and chem. constituents contained in the product were comprehensively evaluated, to provide a novel method for further improving the quality standard of the product.Using HPLC, the obtained chromatog. spectra was transformed into fingerprint, and the Kaiyuning tablet samples were analyzed and identified according to it.Combination of relative retention value and relative peak area could accurately judge similarity between the samples and the standardHPLC fingerprint could effectively carry out online control in production, ensure stable and consistent quality among different batches and determine contents of multiple constituents.
