To set up HPLC methods for determining the water-soluble vitamins B1, B2, B6 contents in compound vitamini B and belladonnae oral solutionZORBAX NH2 column was used, acetonitrile: KH2PO4 (75:25) were used as mobile phase, while the flowing speed was 1.0 mL/min , detective wavelength at 280 nm, and column temperature was 40°C.The results indicated that the linear curve of tested vitamin B1 concentration within the range of 1.21-18.48 μg/mL was ideal (r=0.9996), the average recovery rate was 95.35%, and RSD was 3.79%.The linear curve of tested vitamin B2 concentration within the range of 0.24∼1.66 μg/mL was ideal (r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 102.40%, and RSD was 2.80%.The linear curve of tested vitamin B6 concentration within the range of 0.39∼2.71 μg/mL was ideal (r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 94.66%, and RSD was 2.76%.The method was simple, fast and accurate.It can be commonly used to determine the contents of water-soluble vitamins in compound vitamini B and belladonnae oral solution
