Through this experiment, total flavonoids in propolis by HPLC, and its determination were carried out so as to determine the feasibility of the method. Ethanol as solvent, using ultrasonic method for extraction of total flavonoids in propolis, and using UV-visible spectrophotometry for measurement of total flavonoids were determined The method is simple, rapid, and applicable, and can be used for quality control. The content of total flavonoids extracted with the method was high, and the detection method is simple, rapid, and applicable.
