The objective is to establish the method for determining the content of hesperidin in Kangerling granules by high performance liquid chromatog. (HPLC). Using C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (35:61:4) is used as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min-1 and the column temperature of 25° with the detection wavelength being 284 nm. Hesperidin has good linear relationship in the range of 0.08-0.90 μg (r = 0.9999). The average recovery rate is 98.8%, and RSD is 4.8% and 1.2%. This method is simple, accurate, and reliable.
