/ Enrolling by invitation临床4期 Study of the Inter- and Intra-individual Variability of Anti-Xa Activity of Apixaban Versus Rivaroxaban Versus Control Arm During Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation: Evaluation of Stability and Clinical Impact
The investigators will first measure the maximum concentration (after 2 hours of intake) and the residual concentration (just before the next intake) after at least 15 consecutive days of treatment.
In order to be able to study the stability of the anti-Xa activity of Apixaban vs Rivaroxaban, as well as their impact on the risk of thromboembolic events or hemorrhagic events, clinical follow-up and a determination of maximum and residual activity are necessary, ideally at 3 to 6 months (compared to studies carried out in the literature).
This evaluation would be made according to a multivariate analysis taking into consideration the other clinical-biological data relating to the patient, namely renal function, liver function, CHA2DS2-VASc score, HAS-BLEED score, treatment compliance, etc.
Design and Rationale of the National Multicenter Tunisian Registry of Trans Catheter Aortic Valve Implantation Registry
Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) has emerged as a transformative therapy for patients with severe aortic stenosis, particularly those designated high-risk or inoperable for traditional surgical valve replacement. Despite its increasing adoption worldwide, there re-mains a paucity of data regarding TAVI outcomes in Tunisian patients. In response to this gap in knowledge, the investigators propose the establishment of the Tunisian TAVI Registry, a multicenter initiative aimed at comprehensively documenting the clinical characteristics, procedural de-tails, and short- and long-term outcomes of TAVI procedures across Tunisia. The TAVI.TN registry will enroll consecutive patients undergoing TAVI procedures at participating centers across Tunisia, between 2013 and 2024 with a retrospective arm and a prospective arm. The TAVI-TN Registry represents a significant step towards enhancing our understanding of TAVI outcomes in the Tunisian population. By systematically capturing real-world data, this initiative aims to inform clinical decision-making, improve patient care, and contribute to the advancement of TAVI practices in Tunisia and beyond.
Diabetes and COVID-19 in Tunisia (CoviDTUN)
CoviDTUN is a multicenter observatory set up by a steering committee to determine the presentation and evolution of diabetes in COVID-19 and study its pathogenesis.
The observatory comprises a dataset consisting of routinely collected clinical information anonymously to be entered by the investigator as a participating clinician/researcher.
The study will be an opportunity to understand the relationship between COVID-19 and diabetes, to enrich Tunisian data on diabetic and de novo diabetic patients who have contracted COVID-19 and to evaluate the prognostic severity factors for better management of these patients.
