The objective is to investigate the insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1 (IGFBP-1), human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), pH value of the combined clin. value in obstetrics premature rupture of membranes (PROM) in the test.From June 2010 to Dec. 2012 in Chongqing Modern Women's Hospital performed prenatal and hospital to be produced in 82 cases of PROM pregnant women PROM group, normal membranes are not broken pregnant 40 cases as the control group and suspected PROM pregnant women, 40 cases of suspected PROM groups.Using immunochromatog., colloidal gold, IGFBP-1, HCG, pH values of vaginal fluids were detected.The results show that dephosphorylated IGFBP-1 with the detection and diagnosis of PROM was significantly better than HCG, pH value, the method sensitivity and specificity were 98.8%, 95.1%.Three kinds of joint detection method can improve the accuracy.It concludes that IGFBP-1 detection can be used in the diagnosis of obstetric PROM, the method is simple, rapid, accurate, easily obtained advantages, can provide an important basis for the clin. diagnosis of PROM.
