Bradley Pharmaceuticals Announces Dismissal Of New Jersey Derivative Lawsuit

FAIRFIELD, N.J., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today that the Superior Court of New Jersey granted Bradley's motion to dismiss, with prejudice, the pending stockholder derivative action against certain of Bradley's current and former officers and directors. The dismissed lawsuit, which consolidates two separate state court actions, claimed that certain of Bradley's current and former officers and directors breached their fiduciary duties to Bradley. The plaintiffs have the right to appeal the court's decision. Bradley President and CEO Daniel Glassman stated, "We are pleased that the court has dismissed the complaint with prejudice. This decision by the court is important to our Company and our stockholders and supports our position that the plaintiffs' complaint was unwarranted."
